These terms govern your use of Flip Tycoon (the "app"), published by Velqor ("I", "me"). By creating an account or playing, you agree to them.

The short version
- Flip Tycoon is a game. The cash balance, streaks, league rank and every item in it exist only inside the app and have no real-world value.
- There is currently nothing to buy. If that changes, these terms will be updated first, and any purchase will be handled by Apple or Google.
- You need one account, and it is yours alone.
- You can delete your account and everything in it at any time, from inside the app.
- I can suspend an account that cheats, abuses the game's systems, or abuses other players. I will not take your account for anything less.
Eligibility
You must be 13 or older to use Flip Tycoon, and 16 or older in countries where that is the age of digital consent. By playing, you are confirming you meet that bar. I do not run an age-verification check beyond this — if you are a parent and believe a child has created an account, email me and I will delete it.
Your account
You sign in with a Google account. The app account this creates is yours alone — do not share it, and do not access an account that is not yours. You are responsible for anything that happens under your account.
Pick any name for the league table you like, within the limits enforced by the app (3 to 16 characters, letters/numbers/underscore/ hyphen). Impersonating another player, the app, or a real organisation is not allowed.
What is in the game, and what it is worth
Flip Tycoon runs on an in-game economy: a starting cash balance, daily trades, a streak, league rank, a vault of items you have kept, and a collection of everything you have handled. None of it is real money, a security, a financial product, or redeemable for anything outside the app. Nothing described here is investment advice, and nothing in the game reflects the value of any real object, collectible, or currency.
League placement, streaks and rankings reset or roll over on the schedule built into the game and can change or be recalculated without notice if a bug or an exploit requires it.
In-app purchases
There is currently nothing to buy in Flip Tycoon. Every player has the same daily allowance and the same board; nothing in the game is, or will become, purchasable in a way that buys a better outcome rather than a better read.
If a purchase is ever introduced, it will be handled entirely by Apple's App Store or Google Play — I never see or store your payment details — and these terms will be updated with what is on offer before it goes live. Refund requests for any future purchase go through the store you bought it from, under that store's own policy.
Fair play
The following are not allowed, and may get an account suspended or deleted:
- Using a bot, script, or automated tool to play, trade, or affect the economy or the league.
- Exploiting a bug for advantage rather than reporting it.
- Creating multiple accounts to manipulate the league table, the economy, or another player's standing.
- Harassing, impersonating, or abusing other players through anything the app exposes about them (a league name, a rank).
- Attempting to access another player's account or data.
I would rather fix a bug than punish someone for finding it — if you find one, the contact email above reaches me directly.
Ending your account
You can end it whenever you like. Open the app, go to Settings → Delete account. This is immediate, permanent, and removes your profile and every row of game data attached to it. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what that deletes.
I can suspend or delete an account that breaks the fair play rules above, that was created by someone under the age this app requires, or that I reasonably believe is being used to abuse the game or other players. Where practical I will tell you why; for serious abuse (bots, exploits used at scale) I may act without notice.
The game itself
Flip Tycoon is provided as available, without a guarantee that it will be free of bugs, uninterrupted, or available at any given moment. Daily boards, league resolution and notifications depend on scheduled jobs that can fail or run late; I fix what I find, but I do not promise a specific uptime or delivery time for any of it.
Balances, streaks, and league placement can be corrected if a bug produced an incorrect result — nobody keeps an advantage that came from broken code rather than from playing well.
The app, its design, its item and buyer names, its art, and its code are mine (or licensed to me) and are not yours to copy, redistribute, or use to build a competing product.
Liability
Flip Tycoon is a free game with, at present, nothing paid inside it. To the extent the law where you live allows it, the app is provided without warranties of any kind, and I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes — particularly anything that introduces a purchase — will be announced in the app before they take effect. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms; if you do not, the account-deletion option above is always open to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where local consumer protection law where you live gives you rights these terms cannot override.
